Bright yellow flowers clusters and young leaves add a nutritious kick to meals, and its seeds are ground into mustard powder or used whole in pickling and marinades, imparting a tangy and mild spicy flavor. Yellow Mustard has been widely been used throughout history as both a medicinal and culinary herb.

To Grow:
Sow outside 4 to 6 weeks before average last frost or as soon as soil can be worked. Succession plant every 3 weeks until early fall for continuous harvest.
